What does "PM" mean on this site?

Hi everyone! I've loved Tamagotchis for about 2 years now, and I've finally found this great site! I've learned so much the past 5 days- I even debugged my Tamagotchi! I pretty much understand everything about this site except "PM". I have no idea what that could mean- someone please tell me!

Personal Message. under your username (top right) you should see how many messges you have. Enter it. In the sidebar, there is a list of things you can do with your PM box.

yes what JC said. and it is kinda like an e-mail. When u recieve a PM a window will pop up.
