what happen to my TMGC+C screen

I bought it off yesasia.com. it was ok at the first 3 days

but then the fourth day the numbers disappear from the

clock screen and the whole entire screen turn black and

green what is happening here ? CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME

From your description it sounds like the screen has cracked. Did you drop it?

Can you provide a picture of the screen problem?

^ Either what Biary said, or maybe its normal. Doesn't the screen go black when you don't touch it for a while? Like saving battery or something?

I saw a video (I think from Mothra) that it was black, then when she pressed a button it came back to normal.

Did you try pressing a button?

i didn't drop it. it's like the color turn green and black all the time even when I'm playing it

Your pixels could be reading differently then it should. My guess would be try to reset it or remove the battery. Then hope that will do the trick. Although I do not own a Tama-color, I hope this helps.

I already remove the battery and reset it but it won't help.
