this happened long ago but...

one day i was sitting at home with my 1st tama rock star (dead) and my sisters v4 (also dead). all the sudden the v4 broke. it was beeping and the screen was just on and off with 9 black bars. what happened?

When you say dead do you mean the Tamagotchi was dead or the battery was dead?

oh that... i mean they are both broken. (actually, i gave my 1st rockstar to my long moved away bff)

well, if the screen is flashing on and off with bars, then my guess is that some screw isn't properly installed or your battery life has drained.

i would not consider it broken yet.

ok. next time that happens i'll ask my mom if she can fix it. poor old v4, i had to take care of it until it completly died.

with the battery so empty and with it still sitting in the tama it tried restarting but froze when there wasn't enough power so the beep kept on going.
