What happens when you get....

I know how to make my tamagotchi a Osumotchi family and I know what they look like but what do they look like when you get them. Do the tamagotchi's evolve to Osumatchi or somthing like that Idk what happens and I'm curious. Please answer this question if you know what happens. After bad care (in this case, repeatedly overfeeding,) regular adults will evolve into osumotchi. (babies, toddlers, and teens don't evolve into osumotchi.)
