I think i would have these names and personalities.

Husotchi - A Fidgity character and falls in love easily! Sings a lot.

Farhanatchi - A happy character always jumping about!

Jennatchi - The best character to get! When you have it its like a wonder kid from Heaven!

Would you like to know the meanings of the names? I'll tell you! Husotchi: Hus means fidgit!

Farhanatchi: Farhana means happy girl!

Jennatchi: Jenna means heaven!
