I kept my tamagotchi on pause for a very long time because of school. Later, when I unpaused it, chamametchi had turned into masktchi on my v6. I thought masktchi was a boy `__` (Is it because I kept it paused for so long? )

It might be the length of time you had it on pause - I don't know enough about the Music Star. I had a V3 on pause for a long time when it was a baby and when I finally got around to unpausing it (like, 2 months later)... it had died =(

Hmm mines never done that to me before and i've had mine on pause for almost half a year! I wonder if maybe theres something in the technical aspect of it that switch the character? Hmm im not sure
