Whats Wrong with My SOUND?

My original version 1 i got 2 1/2 weeks ago. 3 days after i got it, i turned off my sound and it wouldnt turn back on. i tried everything, but nothing was working. Two weeks later (Today), in my US History Class, all of a sudden it beeped. luckily it wasnt taken away. so i turned it back off. Later, i pressed the buttons to turn the sound on, it didnt work. i hit it, and i was able to turn on again.

Does anyone think its a loose wire or something? Can i fix it?

wow. thats messed up. count yourself lucky, my brothers v1 doesn't have sound at all.

try slapping it then pressing a+c.
