When do V.4s evolve?

Can someone tell me the ages when V.4s evolve into the teen and adult stage? Is it the same as V.3s?

well it isn`t` quite the same as v3s.

the babies still evolve at 0.

the toddlers still evolve at 1.

the teenagers into adults normaly at 2,3or 4 (pausing affects this)
