When does the MatchMaker come for v4.5

When does the Matchmaker come for v4.5 my character is 7 years old and I need to know what times.

Please help!

The matchmaker visiting times are 10:30 AM, 3:00 PM, and 7:00 PM. She will visit at these times for three days, begining a couple of days after your Tamagotchi becomes an adult (which should be about age 3, for a V4.5)

do u have to set the time to a minute earlier for the matchmaker to come?? The times u said aren't working for me.
