It's already out in the USA. It is about $15. You can get at KB toys, Wal-Mart, Toys R us, and Target. (It is not on the Target Website).plz does anyone know a date (not just january) when the v4 is released?

i was at target today and it wasn't in there but my city is soo cheap and there's nothing at our stores... THX SO MUCH HOUGH IM SO EXITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
