when tamas turn to adult

my tama v3 is 4 years old and it wont turn to adult ..........sry if this has already been posted.....it just wont evolve, so what age will it?

tama_spirit, Adults should evolve on the 3rd year. If not I don't know sorry.

All I can think of is, perhaps you're pausing your tama? That will slow it down.
