It takes 2 days till your toddler will evolve into a teenager.

It IS because of Travel Show. For each day of 5 hours of travel show, you will now have to wait another day. Try setting it to Sleep Mode (changing the time so it sleeps). It works, is not dangerous, and keeps the growth up. It also keeps the hearts in the same place (unless it's Tama Ocean).
