where are my parents?

hello I've been wondering where are my parents on my 3rd generation can some body please help h34r:

Arent they in the the little book item in FAMILY?

first of all follow these directions:

1. go to the 9th icon on ur tama.

2. go to family.

3. go to parents.

then it should tell u that u have 3 parents.

I used to have parent's in that gen3 and in afew months they wheren't there that's weierd
