I got one on my brithday which was days ago... my brother gave me it and it was in a FEDEX box. I guess you have to order it!!

If you live in the US, try Toys 'R Us (where I got mine), Target, KB Toys, Walmart, or K-Mart. But I suggest calling those stores beforehand to see if they have any V4's in stock before you go driving all around town wasting your gasoline.
