Where's the Elementary School?

I looked all around Tamatown for V4 but I vcould NOT find the elementary school, Grrr... where is it?

The Elememntary school is the big white dome in the middle on the Main Town. Hope I helped

THat's just the School... it wont let me in there but nothing happens in Pre School anymore. Mrph.
