which is rarer?

i always thought that the top four rarest tamagotchis where in this order: mimitchi, mametchi , Memetchi, and kutchipatchi, but some people think differently. which do you think?

But never in all my years of tamagotchi care

have I had a memetchi! For me they are the rarest!

I would say none of them are rare. Although I like Mametchi more and I think he is more cutier. Often reffered as a he on the games, websites, and commerical.
