Who are these characters?

They're both shown in the Tamagotchi id (though they're not main characters).

The first one occasionally shows up in the background of the tamacafe. (I made the rest of the picture grayscale so you can see it better):

I don't know really... I don't recognise the first one at all, but I've seen the secong guy in an anime serie...

The English name of the character in the first photo is Manetchi, and the character in the second photo is Spaceytchi.
