Why are the backrounds different?

If u looke at the tamagotchi connection v2 on toys r us and toy wiz u notice that the backround are different.

toy wiz-

I dont know why the backround are different but i really like the yoys r us on. but they are not in stock. if i order it from toy wiz will i get the same backround they displade?

I dont know why they are different in the first place. please help
