why can't I play with the ball?

I bought a ball in the shop 3 days ago, but it won't let me select it from my items! he is 7 now, so I don't think age has anything to do with it...what's going on? why was the shop selling it if my tama can't play with it?

well the shop doesnt have to sell things you can use. your tama is 7. In tamaworld, this means he's an adult. only babies, children, and teens can play with balls. dont worrry tho, the matchmaker should come soon and ur tama will have a baby. once your adult tama leaves, ur baby can play with that ball all it wants!
