Why cant my tama get a job?

hey, every time my tama goes to get a job, the little old ladies with the power allways have X's and make a failing noise and i can never get a job. why is that, and how do I make it easier to get a job?

You can't get a job because your skill points are to low. Play games to raise the points. It will be easier to get a job that requires skill points that you have most of.

its becauz you dont go to school that and that you dont play games much.that happened to me once but then the mail came and now i m a fashion designer becauz i got more skill points.
