Why wont my tamagotchi evolve?

well to start off im new hear and as you can see my topic says everything why wont my tamagotchi evolve into anything else all it is, ia a toddler and thats it nothing else and it been like 3 days

Have went to school yes? Because they will become your band members later.

I think they are a child/toddler for 2 days... I am always pausing my Music Stars it seems during the day when they are on so I'm not 100% sure on what the growth rate is. (If its 1 day or 2.... or more)It been a while since I've played with one without pausing it for a while...
