Why won't they mate?Help needed urgently

My tamas won't mate and I need your help.This is urgent and I really need help on this also if you want to know they are really married .They just won't mate and I am giving up . I ned help and please xcomment below even if it is not help you are just saying something because i am so desperate i don't want my tamas to die with no baby because well you wouldn't want it to happen right?

The best way for Tamagotchi's to mate is to connect, connect, and connect some more! I know it's tiring, but trust me, it happened to me.

WHAT?! Your tama is married, but NO EGGS?! That's SO strange! Get a pencil or pen, and push the small button on the back of your Tamagotchi toy, then you select, DOWNLOAD. That should help!

I have been trying to connnect and I am going to do it more also what happens when you know it is a baby?
