I'll order Himespe phone from HLJ. I heard that himespe phone can tells fortune from the plates. If I got my Himespe phone, will I got the plates too ?

Yes, the Himespe phone comes with a number of plates, as well as this, there is a few plates to download from Tamagotchi Channel.
I also think Tamastargirl made her own plates using the ones on Tamagotchi channel as a base, its like with the Tama Go faceplates. Go crazy!
