No, it won't die of being unemployed.

Your friend's tama probably died because your friend took bad care of it. If she missed the job offers she probably also missed feeding it or curing illnesses.

The only effect being unemployed is the fact that you won't be able to go to work for obvious reasons.

He shouldn't die from it. She just missed out on some of the fun of having a newer Tama though, because getting a job is fun!

Like Tama Mum has said, if she missed the job interviews she probably missed taking care of it, which is probably why it sadly passed away.

I havent had an unemployed Tama so maybe I'll give it a try.
