This is a ver4.5 ur talking about right??? Well according to my ver4.5 growth chart, Kuchitamatchi can evovle into urakuchipatchi but u need to get the right amount of skill points and the right teen. Try this website: www.tamayamawuv.com
It has choc loads on info from the v1-tama-go just click on tamagothi then click ver4.5 then u find a whole lot of charts and codes for that verion!!!

Well... no your Kuchitamatchi won't turn into a Kuchipatchi it can grow into any teen (Kikitchi, Hinotamatchi, or Nonopotchi) or any adult depending how you care for your tama. See this character chart.

No, Kuchitamatchi can turn into any adult or teen depending on care. Also Kuchitamatchi is a good care child! (I think)
