My favourite Tamagotchi character is a tie between Masktchi and Hanatchi. I have always seen them to be the most iconic Gotchi characters -although they are actually on the contrary rather unpopular- and I find them to be very cute and sensitive. ^_^

Agreed, it's even more of a shame that Bandai had excluded them from recent Tamagotchi versions.
