the friends lists aren't full - there's less than 10 on each of our lists. we don't have a third Tamagotchi and i only know one other person with a v3 (being past school age and whatnot) and i rarely ever see her. if i do run into her i'll try connecting for the heck of it.

yeah, the baby died too apparently, which sucks because our Tamagotchis had had babies together, so mine will be on its fifth generation starting tomorrow whereas he'll be basically starting over. so even if he doesn't use the button on the back, he still loses all his items? :ph34r:

huh, i just tried that and i didn't get a code or anything. and i've visited all the parents in the past (and the most recent grandparent). all i got were the souvenir passwords for the cell phone and bicycle.

to visit the grandparent you need to go to the parent selection, after the parent it will show the grandparent and you can get the code. i'm looking to find out what the other option, the history, does.

it would make more sense if it were for Tamagotchis that had died without children, since mine have all had babies (either through the matchmaker or with my boyfriend's Tamagotchi).

first, what is the purpose of the history selection in the family log? i can't access it and i'm on my fourth generation. second, is there a way to delete items from your inventory without giving them to other people? i mean permanent items like shoes and stuff, that won't wear out. thanks...

i only bought a version 3 because my boyfriend and i were watching TV and the ad came on and he wanted one, so i got us each one. we each had the original Tamagotchis and loved them, and we love the version 3s as well. and we're both about 20 years old, so go figure.
