what is this karma thingy on the side under each of the usernames? what does it signify?

i keep getting a mimiyoritchi or a hinatchi!!i no this is prolly cos im treating them the same way, but i really try to pay gd attention to them, discpline them correctly to get something dif. lik a mametchi, or someting lik that.....any tips? :furawatchi:
