Is there a way to fix it?

Has anyone ever gotten this error message before and knows how to fix it? It happens when the Tama first connects to the app. The only mention I can find of it online is here: https://tamatown.com/tamagotchi-meets-app-ban/ but they don't say how to fix it.

I don't want to be forced to make an album and let my Tama go yet, and the manual says I need a level 5 friendship to have the option to reject it, but does anyone know what each friendship level is labeled as? Right now I'm at "Good Buddies." Is this level 5 or is there another friendship level...

I probably look like a crazy person, but I usually take them all out in a little pouch tucked into my bag. I try not to constantly play them one after the other, but I need to make sure they don't die!
