What are you supposed to do at the office in TamaTown? i have a job on both of my V4's but when you go there it just says i hope you find something you enjoy at your job....what is it there for???

my tama is 5 years old and i was wondering when the matchmaker will come because on my V3 it came at like 6 and mine is turning 6 at like 5:45 today or something so when can i expect the matchmaker to come???

my V4 was offered jobs when she graduated, but i accidently pressed "C" and it made a sad face and left so i pressed work again and it shook its head so when will It be able to get another interview???when can i next look at the jobs?
