its because you dont have a original tama v5 on the end of your keychain is a keyring am i right? because the originals are the ones with a key with a tama face on it you need to either buy a new one or put up with not being able to connect!

by any chance hav u been pressing the reset button and going download. thats exactly wat hapend to me but now it fine! it has has to be at least 2-3 days of non-paused or downloadedness hope it helped
