Considering the fact that my Target store hasn't even gotten V5s in (they may have, but I had only seen V4.5's there!) the V6 will be out before my store gets 5.5's in. Will 5.5. be the same as V5? or will it have the Job elements of V4 in it?

Thanks for this info. I've only had a V5 for a few days and was finding it frustrating - I had gotten bonding to 10% but hadn't responded enough and lost the 10%. Now its up to 20% thanks to knowing these times.

I got mine @ ToysRUS because my local Target still doesn't have V5's OR they just don't stock them often enough (last time I was there, they still had V4.5's) Amazon probably charges a LOT for shipping, so be aware of that. And I don't know if they allow you to choose your design you want or...

One of my local Targets is still sitting on V.4.5 and there's no sight of V5 even though its almost May. And yes, I am in the USA. I did see a Tamagotchi V5 at Walmart a few weeks ago, but I didn't buy it.

I didn't get a V5 yet......I'm not sure if I will. I neglected my other Tama's so much they "died" (lost a high generation) and the battery died on two of them. My 2nd V4 is actually still paused and the battery has not died yet. I like the look of the Cookie Dough & the Cotton Candy...

I saw this game at KB Toys. It was slightly discounted because most of the stores are being closed. Looks like a cute game, but I'd rather have just the regular tama. I've neglected my three tamas I have, though, so in a game, they'd probably die on me. :unsure:

and its cheaper in most stores in the US. ToyWiz is charging $20, and of course there's shipping cost on top of that. Cotton Candy sounds interesting for a design. I was at Target and they don't have them yet. I'll be at walmart next week. Last year I got my 2nd V4 at Walmart in January.

$25?!? Must have been either from an import or one of those online stores that really overcharge. I've seen Tamagotchi's (not V5 yet, just V 4.5) for about $14. - $15 TOPS. I doubt V5 will cost $25.

Any idea on the minimum of skill points required for the Bakery job? I want to get that one eventually. If it requires getting points from the "Dance" game, then I'm in trouble. I can't figure that one out. I thought the arts teacher was the third one.

*sobs* the burglar just stole 800 points from my pink stripes V4 (my 2nd V4). Now it only has 595 points. <_< One time the burglar stole like 800 and either 400 or 500. I guess I should go to Tamatown and earn points back.

I think big bad bob MIGHT be referring to the special cell phone that enables you to contact your parents / grandparents. Not the souvenir cell phone from your parent that was in V3.

Oh cool! I want one of the NEWer designs. Problem is those probably won't be available for awhile. And I wanted another V4 soon so I can connect my current V4 with another V4. I hope we can have some bigger pictures soon!

I was at Toys R Us today and they don't have V4s yet at the one I was at. I'll be checking Target (AGAIN) in about a week. I saw V4s at Walmart recently.

Thanks for making this! I was going to comment in the announcement thread, but I didn't think it was allowed....and didn't want to get in trouble. This sounds really interesting. I think I'll pick it up as long as Toys R Us, Walmart or Target carries it.

I think ToysRUs.com is out of stock. Depending on where you live or where your Aunt lives, she may be able to find it at Target or Walmart or ToysRUs. At least those stores wouldn't be charging almost $30 for it. And eBay the prices have skyrocketed way too high (the bidding I mean). V4...
