Do you have to be seven years old for your tamagotchi to have a tamababy, with another tamagotchi through connection? :(

 
No. I've had a baby when mine was five and it's partner was three. That was the first time they met! I think one has to be five.

 
Not necessarily - I connected my V3 and my V4 enough for them to be partners when one was male and one was female. They had a baby when one was like 5 and the other might have been 4. Okay, I checked - the V4 tama was 5 when she left and V3 tama one was 6. So, yes, its possible as long as one is male and one is female.
