I just used the code and got a passport and a ticket. Does my tama have to be an adult to use it?

I THINK I got a ticket but I'm not sure. It says ticket but it won't let my tama take a trip. It didn't even give me a password or nothin! So does it have to be a certain age or what? Please tell me, someone! I'm in desperate need of help here peoples!!!! PM ME!!!!

Your tama has to be an adult to use the plane ticket and you can't use the passport. It's just a souvenir.
