Leila casually went in and out the government complex, gathering information which she assumed was simply nonsense and giving glares to civilians or workers who were in the way of her path or even looks at her incorrectly as though she was just a child. In her mind at least. She hated gathering information, especially when she had to be around large crowds. "Do this before ya wake me up in the morning would ya." Stares from those around at her constant complaining were returned with glares and then within an instant, disappeared quickly. "Tsk."

During her walk, Leila spotted a store of interest to her. "One moment in there won't hurt anyone." As she walked through the door, a bell clanged and the employee stared at her. A stare which she ignored as she focused on the products in front of her. The bell rang again as the short girl walked out with a chocolate bar in hand though half was already traveling down her throat.

Flynn walked down the street, ignoring the glances from some people who were obviously rather shocked by his enormous height. He looked up at the sky, noting the clouds and deciding he would need to put on a raincoat or get an umbrella later on so he wouldn't have to get soaked. Not like he cared if he got soaked, though- since it didn't matter to him whether or not his hair and clothing were soaked or not. He made a quick stop at a rather small coffee shop to get himself a latte before he headed back out onto the streets again. After a few turns and some more walking, he finally reached a shabby looking office building. Without hesitating, he simply walked into the building, which just happened to be the hideout headquarters for the rebels against the government. Walking past the receptionist who was placed there in the front behind a counter as to throw off any spies from thinking it was a rebel hideout, Flynn headed into the elevator. He pressed a button, and then shut his eyes and leaned against the elevator wall, waiting to hurry up and get to his office. After about a minute, he was out of the elevator, and walking to his office to get his assignment for the day.

Thankfully, nothing noteworthy happened that required Melissa to make a quick exit through the toilets or similar, and she could finish her sausage roll in peace. Hurrah. Melissa sat there for a few moments, sliding her coffee cup around the table and drumming out a tune on the surface before eventually deciding to leave the cafe, making sure her gloves were secure before heading outside. But where now? Melissa knew she should probably head over to the rebel block at some point, but then again, what could a young girl do? After hanging around outside for a few moments before finally making a desicion and moving again. She would go to the rebel's block - but take the longer way and hit up some other places on the way there. Sighing, Melissa wondered why she was even with the rebels at all. After all, it would be too easy to go back to them and use her gifts in an effective way... although, maybe she had been built to appriciate the rebel's work. They were the epitome of being unseen, what with the whole secrecy thing going on- oh, heck.Melissa's musings were cut off as she turned into the shopping district and saw someone she hadn't seen for a while. Zephyr. Someone who was definitly with the government.

Well, dammit.

Selene groaned. She couldn't concentrate. The weather was fair and sunny today, and the tinted window right next to her made sure she knew that. Putting down the book on the side table, she gazed out of the window dreamily. How long hadn't she been outside now? What, a week? Strangely enough, there was a niggle in the back of her mind that wanted an assignment. Selene shook her head. She couldn't be thinking like this. All she was for was advice and help. Nothing more. Staring down, she wondered whether she was actually needed. Groaning, she got up and walked out of the library. She would go outside and get some air. That would get her head straight.

Grabbing a jacket and walking over to the glass doors, she didn't bother checking out. After all, it wasn't like she was going to get a field assignment. She would blend into the crowd and go to the park. The park was always her place. A sunny, carefree place that was mostly empty -- which was to her preference. Crowds of people scared Selene; she didn't know how to act around them. Was she supposed to keep her head down and keep silent, or keep her head up and laugh? Maybe the park was the best place.

Volos reached the quaint bookstore he works at with a smile. He “accidentally” bumped into a women earlier and happened to pinch a decent amount of money and some rings. He admired his spoils that now graced his fingers as he pushed open the door of the bookstore. The sign hanging on the door still said “closed” in bold white lettering on a red background, but he knew that the owner of the store was already there and left the door unlocked for him. It was that way for a while now. Stepping inside he was hit with the pleasant, yet musty, odor of all the books. He went to the back and knocked on a door and called out “I'm here I'll be at the register if you need me!” He then walked over and sat at his usual spot right behind the register. He leaned back and grabbed a book off of the shelf behind him. The book had a small crimson tassel adorned with blue beads sticking out of it. It was a bookmark Volos made himself. He flipped open to the saved page and began to read. The novel wasn't something he'd normally read but it helped him pass time in the usually quiet store. But even so, he couldn't help but admit to himself that he was getting quite into the epic romantic adventure that he was reading.
