I bought a tama off my friend and when i looked at it's stats it was 12yrs an still a teen What wiill happen?

Have you been playing with the time setting?

If you forward the clock when it's sleeping it will grow 1 year in age but will not evolve.

oh... well its been on pause for 7 hours a day cause I go to school and i do play with the time yes so um thanks
