4U+ Babysitter option : How much it help?

Hi, i just own this tamagotchi for a few day (my tamagotchi is still a 1-day-toddler)

I found the babysitter option and curious about her scope of taking care.

Because my tama poo at 7.30am, after i dealt with him, i called for a babysitter

Actually he has to poo again within 2-3 hours (average time i got while i play on Sunday)

but till now, 1.00 pm, he doesn't got any poop!

Did the babysitter already arrange this?

I though her work is just keep tamagotchi happy gauge at the same range.
