A good growth chart for V4.5 ?

Hey,

Does anyone know of any good links to growth charts for v4.5 that show what each teenager can evolve to as well as showing what skill point they need the highest to evolve into each adult?

Maybe a stupid question, but does it mean something that some images are smaller than the other on the growth chart?
