I think comes from excellent care, I only know one friend that's had him- I've never had him, but I really want him!!!!

i dont think so, androtchi is a frail and unhealthy chara, it should come 4 lower-average-care

Really there is no way to get certain characters. Just enjoy the character you have and try to take really good care of them.
