A weird question to ask...

I got a money order in the mail from a guy that I sold something to. But I think he filled it out incorrectly.

Where it says Pay to the order of, he left blank, but I put my name just in case. And where it says sender it doesn't say his name but something else, and in address he put my address and I think he was supposed to put his name and address. Is it filled out bad? Can I still cash it? Can I cross out what he put and put his name and address and then cash it? I'm very confused and if I shouldn't be posting these kinds of questions I'm sorry

I'm not sure. Show it to someone else (family member or friend, perhaps?) and see what they think. If you both agree that there's something wrong with the money order, contact the sender. Best of luck!
