I know the money bag with 3 stars give 500gp whenever you play the mini games in the tamagotchi. But how to get the money bag, heart and human body with 3stars? what did they see to give you the rating of stars? Please help. Thanks.

These are random values. They're not determined by how you care for your Tamagotchi.

If you have 3 stars for heart (relationships), your relationship with another Tamagotchi will be likely to be better when communicating.

If you have 3 stars for body (health), your Tamagotchi is less likely to become ill and it may be less likely that your Tamagotchi will get a cavity.
