adult still there!

my tama is a v4 and its died heaps of times but there are still 2 adults in the family section and my tama is on generation 1!!!!!!! is this a glitch?

On the Notebook menu, when you choose "Family", you're presented with two options... "History" and "Parent". Choose "History", and you see your departed Tamagotchi. Choose "Parent" to see your Tamagotchi's parents. You must have chosen "History".

I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to explain, jazzyfloss, but I've had this happen to me:

Gen 1 = Alpha. Alpha mates and has a child, that I name Beta.

Gen 2 = Beta. Beta mates and has a child, that I name Gamma.

Gen 3 = Gamma dies. So, I press the buttons, and a new egg appears. I name it Delta.

Gen ? (I forget) = Delta. When I go into the history menu, I see Gamma. When I go into the family menu, I see Alpha and Beta. So it appears that Delta is Gamma's sister.

I know this is off topic, but Delta must be Gen 1.

Don't worry-its not a glitch. The parent in the family section does not dissappear after your tamagotchi dies and the tamagotchi thats dies goes to the history list. And you go back to first gen cause your tamagotchi died.
