Anyone know how to raise training bars?

I'm wondering if you can do that? Raise them? or is it just a random thing you just go with the flow with? If not, then how can you raise them?

When it beeps and doesn't need attention, punish it...when it's crying or has it's back to you praise it. Other than that, you can try wrapping up gifts and sending them to other tamagotchis (if they send something bad that you didn't wrap, punish it). All those things raise it one bar.
