Uh...Well...I'm a pretty boring person to talk to...so you'd probably not want to talk to me lol.
I don't think making a thread would get you a friend, I think just finding someone who's nice and shares alot of things in common with you, and PMing them would be your best shot.
Like, if you find someone who likes to write songs like you, maybe you can PM them and ask about they're songs, and you build a friendship on that because you both share that hobby.
BTW, there are a lot of people on TT that write their own songs too. Find them :0) of maybe start a thread about Songwriting...
