I've had my v5 tama for a very long time and haven't had any problems yet. I don't get why it's so hard. But that's just from my side of view.

I don't find it confusing at all. I didn't even need the instruction guide. (Usually when I get a tama I never read it. )

I'm on my eigth generation now and still going strong!
