What is the age of your tamagotchi that the matchmaker comes in v4's and v3's?

In V3's the matchmaker starts to visit from when your tama turns 7years. If you don't marry a partner from the matchmaker (or via connection) by age 10, your character will turn in to an Old Timer.

In V4's the matchmaker comes from 6years. If you don't marry, your tama will turn in to an Old Timer at age 9.
