The 4.5 will release in the next few weeks in the U.S. and will feature

new games. (Hmmmmmm....I wonder when will they ship some to the Philippines?)

who is actually gonna buy a v4.5 i might not ill just buy a v5 i think theres no point its just like a boy from my school saed his money to buy a game it was £130 and then he spent £100 on the same game 2 and all you could do is chang the color of the fighter but i might buy one i dont know
