battery life

how long does the battery usually last in tamagotchis? i got 2 v3s recently and i'm just curious.

and off topic...what is the point of souvenirs if you can't do anything with them?

I have had tamagotchi batteries last as much as a year or more! Souvineirs are sort of like trading cards, you can't really "play" with them, but they are fun to collect.

 

[Mametchi is so cool]

They usally last for over a year or so.
