I have a Bill on my V3 tammy. Is this rare?

I got it by only feeding it once for each heart. So if 4 hearts were empty I would give it 4 meals. Also I only played games every hour or so. When I did play games i only played bump.

I was trying to get a Hanatchi. Has anyone got any tips on how to get one?

yes. bill is said to be a secret character

I'm pretty sure it's just a regular character on V3 and not rare.
