yes, setting the time one min. b4 10am, 12pm, 2pm , 4pm and 6pm does make ur tamas call 4 training. each time u do this u should gain 10% training. also u can use items that if used 30 times can get u more training/bonding. those items and the codes to get them can be found in the tips and tricks section.
